1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EventIQ — including our website (eventiq.onehmt.com), mobile applications, WhatsApp-based services, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and OneHM Technologies Pvt Ltd ("OneHM," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization (such as an event planning agency or a corporate entity), you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
2. Definitions
- "Service" means the EventIQ platform, including the App Edition, WhatsApp Edition, organizer dashboard, guest interfaces, APIs, and all related tools and features.
- "Organizer" means any user who creates, manages, or administers events through EventIQ.
- "Guest" means any individual who is invited to an event by an Organizer and interacts with EventIQ through the app, WhatsApp, or any other channel.
- "Event Data" means all data created, uploaded, or generated by the User in connection with events, including guest lists, RSVPs, transport requests, accommodation details, hamper assignments, and return gift logs.
- "Subscription" means a paid plan that grants access to specific features and capacities of the Service.
- "Content" means text, images, banners, messages, templates, and other materials uploaded or created through the Service.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service as an Organizer.
- Guests interacting with EventIQ (via app or WhatsApp) may be of any age, but RSVP responses on behalf of minors must be submitted by a parent or guardian.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Service Description
EventIQ is an intelligent event and guest management platform that provides:
- Event Creation: Parent events with unlimited sub-events, venues, dates, and configurations.
- Guest Management: Manual and bulk import, family grouping, side tagging, VIP flags, and deduplication.
- Smart RSVP: 7-screen app flow (App Edition) or guided WhatsApp conversation (WhatsApp Edition) capturing attendance, family, transport, accommodation, and dietary preferences.
- Transport Management: Pickup capture, batch assignment, vehicle tracking, and manifest exports.
- Accommodation Tracking: Room requests, inventory management, and manifest exports.
- Hamper Placing: Room-wise hamper assignment, delivery tracking, and VIP customization.
- Return Gift Tracking: Per-guest/family gift distribution logging, duplicate prevention, and reporting.
- Communication Hub: Push notifications, SMS, email, and WhatsApp messaging with automated reminders.
- Real-Time Dashboard: Live RSVP counts, transport summaries, accommodation status, and export capabilities.
The Service is available in two editions — App Edition (native mobile app + push notifications) and WhatsApp Edition (entire guest flow on WhatsApp Business API) — with a Hybrid Mode planned for future release.
5. Account Registration & Security
- You must register an account to use Organizer features. Guest access may not require registration.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately at onehmtechnologies@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for more than 12 months.
6. Pricing, Payments & Taxes
6.1 Pricing
EventIQ offers per-event pricing (B2C) and monthly subscription plans (B2B). Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
6.2 Payment Terms
- All payments are due at the time of event creation (B2C) or at the start of each billing cycle (B2B subscriptions).
- Payments are processed through authorized payment gateways (Razorpay/Stripe). We do not store credit/debit card details.
- Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is resolved.
6.3 Taxes
All prices listed are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate (currently 18% for SaaS services in India) will be added to all invoices. Organizers with a valid GSTIN may claim input tax credit as per applicable laws.
6.4 Refunds
- B2C (Per-Event): Full refund if requested within 48 hours of purchase and before any invitations are sent. No refund after invitations are dispatched.
- B2B (Subscriptions): No refund for the current billing period upon cancellation. Service continues until the end of the paid period.
- WhatsApp Edition: WhatsApp API costs incurred for messages already sent are non-refundable.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use EventIQ only for lawful purposes. You shall NOT:
- Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
- Upload or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or violates any third party's rights.
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications unrelated to legitimate event management.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, our systems, or our data.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Scrape, data mine, or systematically extract data from the Service.
- Use the Service to collect personal data of guests for purposes unrelated to the event (e.g., marketing, resale).
- Circumvent any rate limits, security features, or access controls.
- Use the WhatsApp Edition to send messages that violate WhatsApp's Business Policy.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
8. Organizer Responsibilities
As an Organizer, you are responsible for:
- Guest Consent: Obtaining appropriate consent from guests before uploading their personal data and sending them communications through EventIQ.
- Data Accuracy: Ensuring the accuracy of all event and guest data you provide.
- Event Compliance: Obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals required for your events under applicable local laws.
- Content Compliance: Ensuring all content uploaded (banners, messages, templates) does not infringe any intellectual property rights or violate any laws.
- Guest Privacy: Treating guest data with care and not using data obtained through EventIQ for purposes beyond the specific event.
- WhatsApp Compliance: If using the WhatsApp Edition, complying with Meta's messaging policies, including opt-in requirements and message frequency guidelines.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, trademarks ("EventIQ," "OneHM"), and all related intellectual property, is owned by OneHM Technologies Pvt Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property except the limited license to use the Service as described herein.
9.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of all Content and Event Data you upload to EventIQ. By uploading Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display such Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
9.3 Feedback
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us an unrestricted, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.
10. Data Ownership & Portability
- Your Data: You own all Event Data you create or upload. We do not claim ownership of your data.
- Export: You may export your Event Data in standard formats (Excel, CSV, PDF) at any time through the organizer dashboard.
- Deletion: Upon account termination or request, we will delete your Event Data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
- Aggregated Data: We may use anonymized, aggregated data (that cannot identify any individual) for analytics, benchmarking, and service improvement.
11. Third-Party Services
EventIQ integrates with third-party services to deliver its functionality. Your use of the Service may be subject to the terms and policies of these third parties:

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Any disruption in third-party services (e.g., WhatsApp API downtime, SMS delivery failures) is outside our control and does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
12. Service Availability & SLA
- We target 99.9% uptime for the EventIQ platform, excluding scheduled maintenance.
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance and will be performed during off-peak hours (typically 2:00 AM — 5:00 AM IST).
- We are not liable for downtime caused by force majeure events, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- For Enterprise plan customers, a detailed Service Level Agreement (SLA) with uptime guarantees and service credits is available upon request.
13. Limitation of Liability
Important
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
- We are not liable for any event cancellations, guest no-shows, transport failures, accommodation issues, or any real-world event outcomes.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
- The above limitations do not apply to liability arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or data breaches caused by our failure to implement reasonable security measures.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OneHM Technologies Pvt Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
- Content you upload or transmit through the Service.
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including privacy, intellectual property, or publicity rights.
- Your failure to obtain appropriate consent from guests.
- Any illegal or unauthorized use of the Service.
15. Term & Termination
15.1 Term
These Terms are effective from the date you first access the Service and remain in effect until terminated.
15.2 Termination by You
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at onehmtechnologies@gmail.com.
- For B2B subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
15.3 Termination by Us
- We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay outstanding fees.
- We may terminate the Service with 90 days' written notice in the event of a business shutdown.
15.4 Effect of Termination
- Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
- You may request export of your Event Data within 30 days of termination.
- After 30 days, all Event Data will be permanently deleted unless retention is required by law.
- Sections on Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Dispute Resolution survive termination.
16. Modifications to Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
- The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
- Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
- If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and terminate your account.
17. Dispute Resolution
17.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
17.2 Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting each other in writing. We will attempt to resolve your concern within 30 days.
17.3 Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and proceedings shall be in English.
17.4 Jurisdiction
For matters not subject to arbitration, the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
18. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, wars, government actions, internet outages, power failures, telecommunications failures, or third-party service disruptions (including WhatsApp API, AWS, or payment gateway outages).
19. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OneHM regarding the Service.
- Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
- Notices: Legal notices to us must be sent to onehmtechnologies@gmail.com or by post to our registered address. Notices to you will be sent to the email associated with your account.
20. Compliance with Indian Laws
The Service is designed to comply with applicable Indian laws, including:
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) — Data collection, processing, consent, and rights.
- Information Technology Act, 2000 — Electronic contracts, data security, and intermediary guidelines.
- Consumer Protection Act, 2019 — Fair trade practices, grievance redressal.
- Indian Contract Act, 1872 — Validity and enforceability of this agreement.
- Goods and Services Tax Acts — Tax compliance on all transactions.
