When you upload or add guests, EventIQ automatically groups them by family name. The family head receives the RSVP invitation and can respond for the entire family — adding members by name and age group. Security is foundational. We use AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and are targeting SOC2 compliance. We comply with GDPR, PDPA, and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (2023). Guest data is deleted on request. All WhatsApp templates are pre-approved by Meta. Your data is hosted on AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) for low latency and data residency compliance.
