OneHM Technologies was founded by hospitality professionals who spent years on the ground — managing events, coordinating staff, and witnessing firsthand how fragmented the industry's technology landscape truly is.
The founder, an IHM Hyderabad alumnus with deep roots in HR, F&B Service, Learning & Development, and Event Management, recognized a pattern: hospitality businesses were drowning in disconnected tools, manual processes, and communication chaos.
The vision was clear — build "One Account, All of Hospitality." A single ecosystem where every stakeholder in the hospitality value chain — from students and gig workers to event planners and guests — could connect seamlessly through purpose-built technology.

After years of building platforms for hospitality education, staffing, and operations, one pain point stood out above all: event and guest management was stuck in the dark ages.
